For Clavinovas:
Your purchase includes our white-glove in-home setup and delivery where a professional piano mover assembles, delivers, installs and inspects your piano as long as you are within a 50 mile radius of our store. For anything greater than 50 miles we will need your address and time to get you a delivery date through our affiliate. For installations involving stairs, an additional $10 per step fee will be charged above the 5th step (steps 1-5 are free). * Additional steps, turns and rough terrain are subject to approval and may not be available.
**Free, in-store pick-up is also available by appointment only. Appointments will be made following the completion of your online order. Piano Emporium recommends a minimum of two people for do-it-yourself assembly.

For Acoustic Grands and Uprights:
Your purchase includes our white-glove in-home setup and delivery where a professional piano mover assembles, delivers, installs and inspects your piano as long as you are within a 50 mile radius of our store. If you are over 50 miles there is an additional shipping fee that will need to be calculated based on your address and situation. We will need additional time to get you a quote. For installations involving stairs, an additional $25 per step fee will be charged above the 3rd step (steps 1-3 are free as long as we can use our ramps). * Additional steps, turns and rough terrain are subject to approval and may not be available.
